Refund policy

At MaxFlow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price or request a replacement.

All returns and replacement requests will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected at our designated return facility.

To begin a return or replacement request, please email support@maxflowproducts.com with your order number and a list of the items you wish to return.

The refund policy is subject to the following rules, limitations and procedures:

  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: the guarantee applies to purchases made directly from www.maxflowproducts.com.
  • If obvious and extreme packaging damage occurs, the package should be refused for acceptance upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged please DO NOT SIGN for the delivery and contact us immediately so we can facilitate the claim and coordinate a replacement.
  • Warranty: If the product is covered under warranty, it's also eligible for return.
  • Missing parts need to reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return Requirements: Unopened merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Opened merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing and repackaging expenses. If the unit is found to be defective attributable to the manufacturer, your prepaid return shipping will be credited and restocking fee will be waived.
  • Return Process: If you need to return a product, contact customer service of MaxFlow, including your contact information, order number, and reason for the return. You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please ship prepaid to the address designated on the RMA.
  • Refund Process: A refund will be issued for the product's original price, excluding the initial shipping costs, if any. If the unit is found to be defective attributable to the manufacturer, your prepaid return shipping will be credited and restocking fee will be waived.
  • Refund Processing Time: it generally takes 7-10 days to process your credit once your return shipment is received.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
